I applied for a position on indeed.com like many others . My resume with all my information is now out there address phone number email
I received an email from a Paul Roberts when i clicked on the link in the email i was automatically taken to another page with all kinds of advertisements and nothing to do with setting an appointment for an Administrative position that I applied for . I even went back through the jobs i applied for and there is nothing to do with this person or place . I even looked up the company and that is when i saw that there are reports of others reported being scammed as well as well as information on the ScamPulse.com page. I am now in fear of my identity being stolen . How could i be so naive and how cruel someone can be to post a fake job on a site people depend on to look for better opportunities. Now I will have to take extra time to ensure that the jobs posted are legitimate companies and I will now create a whole new email and get my phone number changed PLEASE be careful
and I will contact indeed to let them know as well
