Type of a scam Debt Collections
claimed they were taking me to court in my county, to collect $400.00 owed from 2012 & because now they can not legally collect the $400 they would take me to court for $6003.54. the supposed amount was owed to JVC collections, who apparently attempted to collect $400 via mail. UNTRUE!! I have never received any mail from JVC!!
The claim # with ACCOUNT MEDIATIONS CR195710 I called the number & asked for a supervisor, and every time was sent to extension #306 A male answered and refused further information, & threatened me with court, & REFUSED JVC’S INFORMATION. I DO NOT WANT ANY FURTHER CONTACT WITH THEM, THOUGH I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF ACCOUNT MEDIATIONS IS A LEGAL LEGITIMATE BUISINESS OR IF JVC COLLECTIONS EXISTS….
