I received a call on my landline. It stated "This is not a solicitation call, listen to this message in it’s entirety. There is a motion to suspend all bank accounts and tax returns that bear your name and social security number. Please call our office and talk to a case manager to know your rights."
This is a scam! The recorded voice didn’t even sound professional…

This number will call from a 408 area code with a pre-recorded message, stating that they are a company from ACC that has legal information that bares your name and social security number, and if you do not return the phone call, actions to freeze bank accounts and tax returns will be implemented against you. Returning the phone call places you to the exact same person (both times I called, just to see) and this person has your true name and social security number. They then make up some claim (possibly pertaining to a previous financial engagement) that is currently in the process of collecting a debt from you for past unpaid charges. They then state that they will send a court order in the mail and ask if this is ok? They want you to say "YES." Dont.
