I purchased the product on Dec 7th of 2016. I have maintained contact weekly starting Jan 12 2017 regarding order status. I have a chain of over thirty emails with this company. The only response i get is that the "support team " is checking on it and will let me know what my tracking number is.
I have also found online information about them scamming at http://www.scamadviser.com/is-above-av.com-a-fake-site.html
