My vehicle was just illegally towed from 1st and N St NE. After calling around and being transferred several times I was able to speak with someone who stated my vehicle was towed because it was parked in a designated food truck area. Now Im now genius but I can read quite well and there aren’t ANY signs that state this is a food truck area. My vehicle is being held hostage at Able’s towing for $180 which is money I don’t have especially when I did nothing wrong! Ive included included pictures of the area and signs to show there are no signs that say food truck parking but there are a bevy of signs that state 2 hour parking. Please also note that these pics were taken AFTER my vehicle was towed and the black Mercedes Benz is in the spot my vehicle was in.
