Was on facebook and a message popped up with a black screen and said, "not to shut down computer because it would harm the hardware and gave a telephone number to call to fix it". They told me that it was the Microsoft hardware and i don’t know anything about this stuff. So I called the 888-779-6788 and it’s "Able Professional Services." They did go in and fix it and they charged me $399.99 to install a lifetime network security in your computer. I could see that they were doing things. The guy was named Parvez, senior technician. Then another guy was working on it but it didn’t seem important, but he said his name was Nick. They sounded foreign. So anyway, i did call and cancelled out my credit card and spoke to the bank. The bank said this was a scam and to call the BBB.
