I did a Google search for Bosch DDS181A-01 18V Compact Tough 1/2" Drill/Driver Kit, the price listed was $20 less than the same product being offered by Amazon with no tax. I placed the order and got a confirmation email. I noticed that the contact phone number that I had added to the order was off by one digit to I went to the website to call customer service to correct it. No answer. I emailed, no response. I called for the next couple of days still no answer and no email regarding shipping. I did a search for the phone number and discovered that the same number was being used by other "online retailers," which had been reported as scams. I checked my credit card account and found a charge made on the same day by a cosmetics company in China, the amount was $5 more than the purchase price of the drill. I contact my credit card provider and flagged the charge.
