Purchased dog beds from Abbyspace. this company is a scam. I got the 2 beds 2 months later from Hong Kong. I got an international fee charged to my account for payment. Abbyspace states they were located in the US. I tried to return the beds because they were of poor quality and leaking sand from the seams. My dog won’t get in them, nor do i want them too. Customer support was contacted and 20 days later sent me an "IM" to my phone asking how they would help. States they would not refund my money unless i sent them back to Hong Kong. I offered to send them to a US post office. They finally agreed to refund my full amount, however that has been 38 days ago and still have not seen a refund, Now they will not return my texts. They tell me they have refunded the money but they have not.
