Contacted me via cell phone and made an offer to buy my my time-share in Mexico, also sent me a contract for said property. I proceeded to look up the address in the Better Business Bureau to see if company was registered with them and what else I could find out. They are in fact in the BB&B data base. I then placed the address in google maps and pulled up the street view and was shown a building that had a commercial realtor ‘For Sale’ sign affixed. I then proceeded to call the number and inquiry if the building was vacant. To my surprise I was informed that the building was in fact vacant and still on the market.
