Type of a scam Debt Collections
This person called and claimed that there was two counts of fruad being brought against me. She said she was with the litigation office and that I was deemed uncollectable after numerous attempts. She stated that she was calling to give me a "heads up" that she would be filing an afidavit with the state of ohio tomorrow to press charges against me. She could not tell me the company that was pressing charges but kept stating it was AA Enterprises. She said the loan was from 2011 and they are just now collecting on me and that it should be about 48 hours and I would recieve court papers.
