Total money lost $25

Type of a scam COVID-19

I had ordered 2 face masks on June 6, 2020, was charged payment immediately, and never received the products.

When I initially ordered, all items were noted as IN STOCK and were guaranteed to be delivered within 7 days. After emailing their support line several times with no response and leaving several Facebook posts on their page asking to speak with someone on my order, I finally received a vague shipping confirmation email on June 23. My items were noted as “back ordered” items. There was no tracking number or information, nor was my order number noted on the email.

It’s July 13, and I have yet to hear from anyone at this company to discuss my order. I have not received any product from them.

Type of a scam Tech Support

I called Time Warner to get help on my scanner problem they could not help me, they referred me to the printer manufacturer who is Brothers, I contacted Brothers and they in turn put me to their legal department and their lawyer called A1 Tech and somehow the lawyer found out that I had contacted A1 Tech and had a contract with them which cost me $641. The legal contact man told me he that A1 Tech was a scam and he could get my money back for me. He needs a copy of my check, so that he can verify that I did pay and I can get my money.

In January 2016, I contacted A1 Tech for help with my scanner and I spoke to Jamie at (1-855-760-8955) x405, and they fixed it for me, and then offered me a lifetime contract for support for my computer and printer for $641. That’s the money that this legal guy with Brothers is trying to get for me.
