The company is posting homes for rent on Craigslist… requiring application fees before even being able to see a home or even being given an exact address. We live in the neighborhood in which the home was posted and the home in question is now occupied.
The add showed interior pictures only ( https://cleveland.craigslist.org/apa/5773462714.html ), and below is the response to our initial inquiry.
