Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
A young male in a large white truck with A.S.A.P. Asphalt sticker on a back window repeatedly drove up and down our road and then proceeded up our driveway. When adressed he was friendly and polite. He handed us a flyer for the business and claimed he was in the surrounding area and offered a discounted price for the company to come and use the extra product on our driveway. When he left we proceeded to look up the company and discovered many discrepancies with the information given to us, both on the flyer and in person. It appears as though they adjusted actual company names, and information but there is nothing matching the information given to us! The advertisement card had only phone numbers and no website, address, or any else.
