On Monday, I was using the internet on my computer when, all of a sudden my computer was locked up with a pop-up stating that my computer has been infected by a virus and that I needed to contact "Center Tech Solutions" in order to regain access to my computer. I called them and they had me type in a website that I do not remember into my browser so that they could access and control my computer. They told me that I would have to pay $199 in order for them to clean and unlock my computer.
