Person said," the very second you hear this message I need you to call officer Michael Thomas at this division 8646423170. I must hear from you or call your legal attorney . If I do not hear from you ,I wish you luck with your legal issues".
He tried to sound very threatening and his diction wasn’t good at all , like he was Hispanic or perhaps trying to disguise his voice.
I’m sure he has called others and he should be checked out.
