Received a couple calls about a bank account that was closed in 2010 with a negative balance. The message contained the following language, "I previously attempted to notify you of certified documents that are scheduled for service and signature. I also provided you with the filing party’s contact information if you had any questions. At this time I have not heard from the filing party with a status change and will now actively be attempting service of these documents at your residence or at your place of employment. Once again if you have any questions, or need further information regarding this process you’ll need to contact the plaintiff office immediately. The telephone number is 832.734.8568
