Type of a scam Employment
Received an email congratulating me in becoming a secret shopper for Consumer Satisfaction Services. A Mr. James Anderson notified me that a survey kit will be delivered with the assignment and funds for assignment and payment for executing the assignment. I received a package with a ‘cashiers check’ of $1,570.00. Was told to deposit money into bank and keep 300 for services. Then go to a Walmart to survey a money gram. By transferring remaining funds to their feedback dept. Which was a completely different name and address that was on the letter sent to me. I sent an email confirming the package but have not taken any further action.
