Cellular Joe’s got a website selling discounted cell phones. So I add the item to cart and poceeded paying and was given a tracking # 1205. The amount was charged to my bank account. I message them I was wondering,1 time and they said 15 days. Now it it is over a month now, left a message no call back or no email respond.
