Type of a scam Debt Collections
I received a call from Civil Claims Reovery, stating there are several Litigations in my name and they have the authority to come to my place of employment or come to my home to recover money I owe, unless I call them by 7:00 pm Friday night , which I did not. I did call them from my work on Friday because it comes up as a generic number. The guy I spoke with first said "oh this is going to be fun" when I stated I was returning his call. He said he could not pull me up on the number I was calling from, and I said that is right, look me up by my name, I am not giving you anymore information, he hung up on me.
