Advertisement for Free Sample "trial" for DermEssence Anti Aging cream and nuBeauty collagen and anti aging serum, just pay shipping. Got tiny samples then my bank account was charged $94.94. Called the company and they denied the scam and after "speaking with manager" agreed to refund me 75%. I do not believe I will see this money. I want everyone to beware of Facebook or social media ads. This is a scam. They refused to give me any corporate information and were rude and obnoxious when I told them I would report them to the BBB. Charge to my bank account came from a company called Clear Cream. Beware. I feel really stupid.
