I was emailed an offer to purchase my Timeshare in Mexico which I purchased at the Grand Miramar Resort. They had all my information–contract # and purchase price etc. The company operating from the Resort was Gilded Rose which I was told was a scam by them and the owner of the resort wanted to compensate the buyers who lost money (I was told the Gilded Rose officer ran out with the money) The Resort owner wanted to avoid problems so he offered to pay back monies invested. I was emailed a compensation letter for the amount–all I had to do was sign and send it back to get the ball moving. They were not requesting funds up front but once I received my $11,300.00 I would pay a
6% commission. I googled the website and they have one. I then googled the company and I couldn’t find a business listing and being this is in the Fifth Street Towers in Minneapolis I thought there is a problem. I would be happy if they did they were real and this was not a scam. Thanks for your time.
