Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill
A man called me from this number to ask if I still had my vehicle for sale on Craigslist. I said ‘yes it is’ and he instantly hung up. Later texted me saying he was walking in a store and couldn’t talk but asked to have a vehicle report done on my car. I then caught on that it was a scam. Told him it is a 1977. The report won’t show anything. And all I got was automated responses. I then told him I was reporting the number and I got a ‘thanks I will check my e-mail for the report and we will meet with cash’
