They are Escrow company for Travel Marketing World owned by same Person ,apparently Mexican, They solicit you in renting your time share and then extort thousands of dollars in supposed feels and licenses and then threaten to take away your money and time share if you don’t meet with their demands.

I purchased so many weeks at a mexican resort and they want to rent so many weeks from me—-all sounds good until they come up with a "law" 1 day before closing that I need to register in Mexico in order to do business in this matter….for a cost of $3,850.00. I need to wire them the money then once registered they will wire me my funds.
I got a little suspiscious and thought I would search this out a bit more….and Mayan Palace was one where previous scammers used.
