Capitol Indemnity Solutions 214-785-6783 called my cell, my husband’s cell, my mom’s home phone and my brother’s home phone today. I have never heard of these people and receive no mail from them. They threatened that they have filed papers with the county clerk and I would be served at home or work. Gave a case number and call back number. When calling back as I pressed for info they became belligerent and said I was wasting their time. If I called back they would send me to the sheriff’s department and hung up. Of course I called back and asked to be sent to the sheriff’s department now and again I was told this is a waste of their time and hung up. I do not know what to do to make this stop! It happens every couple of months just different "companies".
