uscopyright is pretending to be the U.S. Copyright Office. At no point in the copyright process do they declare themselves to be a third party agency charging an excessive and unnecessary $100.00 "processing fee." They have created a logo that appears to be the United States’ American Eagle logo, with a "C" in place of the United States Seal. Their site’s colors and the text used throughout the process is designed deliberately to mislead. At every point in the process, they are attempting to appear the sole party responsible for administration of US copyright.
