I placed an order 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received it. There is no phone number to call and the email address on the website bounces back. I keep getting these vague emails from customer service saying things like, "i hope you get your order soon" and "it will be shipped tomorrow" but there is no tracking number and still no update. I spent over $300 on this website.
