Felix came to fix the air he was asked for his company name he said he was not advertising it when asked his name he refused. he came to fix the air unit in a van with no name or license number on it when asked for his business card he refused said nothing wrong with air and left when in fact the unit had a short and needed wires to be repaired he had no idea what he was doing nor would he give a price per hour or any price but refused to state who he was with then received a fake name with a fake address.
