I saw a jewelry ad online for a ring. The promotion was for the customer to pay shipping only and the ring was free. The order was processed but 8 weeks later I’ve received nothing at all. I received an email stating that the initial 4-8 days would actually be 2-10 weeks before the item would be received.
There’s no phone number so that customers can speak with company representatives.
