Campus Lodge via Resident Portal charges a $6.95 “convenience fee” in order to pay rent and utilities. Rent and utilities must be paid online through Resident Port, therefore there is no way of escaping the requirement to pay this fee. Campus Lodge via Resident Portal is abusing the channel their consumers are forced to use in order to pay for housing and utilities.
