I was told my computer was compromised and I had to purchase anti-hacking software. After I agreed to purchase a one year plan for 2 hundred, the money was sent. Then I gave them access to my computer to install. It couldn’t be done so after many hours of phone conversation I was asked to send $250 to a Nancy Golstein of Indiana. Initially, I would not comply and my computer was made inoperable. I was continuously told to send more but when I refused I was told if I sent $300 more they would fix the problem. I didn’t and am now using my iPad which is on another operating system. My computer is still down.
