An ad appears on Facebook offering a new wrinkle eye cream when the link is clicked you’re directed to a website www.radixeyecream.com. The company offers a free sample of their product, radix eye cream, just pay shipping and handling $3.95 and for trying their product customer receives a free sample bottle of Anavie skin cream. After submitting credit card information. 2 weeks later the free Anavie skin care sample arrive, the eye cream is never received and my credit card was charged $88.97 for the face cream that is advertised as a free gift. I was also signed up for a subscription for a recurring charge of $88.97. When I contacted customer service their reps are rude, unhelpful and refuse to issues refunds, I was threatened that if I dispute the charge with my bank, they will send the bill to a collection agency and continue to charge my credit card.
