Type of a scam Online Purchase

I placed an order with ChicsDen but my husband paid threw paypal for $19.80 And I got an email from Chicsden.com saying thank for your order and my husband received an email from *** saying payment has been received so after that I started thinking that this is a scam so I emailed chicsden which is [email protected] and *** *** *** several times and still no response. So I reported them on facebook and to the FTC. It has been 6 days still no response or anything about my order.
