Justin Black ex. 1012 says you can get a loan for up to $7000 but you have to send him first $200 for insurance purposes then you’ll get your loan amount. I did an reverse phone look up and the phone number he gave me is a landline number out of Soda Springs, CA not from GLENDALE,CA. ALSO did a lookup on cash advances in Glendale, CA and there is no such business by that name. Justin Black is a scammer in my book.
