Type of a scam Online Purchase

11/21/18, two Broadway PlayBill Ticket Blankets were ordered by my mother from this company as Christmas presents. The charges of $112.86 were immediately charged to her credit card. on 11/25, A thank You email was sent by said company that order was being processed and tracking info could be found on their tracking link. Like the others listed, going to that link provides no information and is either stuck in a loop, or will not even open as a legitimate site. I responded to the email asking for more information. i received a "form email" from the same customer service rep telliing me that the tracking info had been updated. As expected, checking again yielded no info and nothing more can be found on their website under the real "order tracking" link. This is a total sham and I hope others do not fall for it as my mother will now have to begin charge dispute proceedings with her credit card company as it has been one month with no resolution.
