Type of a scam Online Purchase
"PUPPIES FOR SALE" THE SCAMMER WAS (http://classicshihtzupuppies.com/gallery.html) AND ([email protected]) AND (WESTJET PET MOVERS) He used the name Kevin Underwood out of St. Paul Minneapolis ASKED to wire 1,000 dollars from Walmart, before puppy is shipped. I wanted to only send by visa but he said someone else wanted same puppy and the only way he’d do it was by wiring. I was reluctant and he said ok send $500 then when you receive puppy then send the remaining. I felt we were both taking a risk so I did it still with great reluctance. I then received an email showing flight times but I questioned him why there were no confirmation codes or flight numbers. he gave an excuse. but then he said he now needs the other $500 paid before shipping because of some lame reason that the shipping department said the puppy had to be paid for before travel. I told them I wanted my money back and ….. guess… …. they hung up on me. I believe they then blocked my number from calling them. I contacted Walmart wire fraud devision and reported them. And my local police dept.
