I received a voicemail regarding my grandma’s personal info, I called back and asked what they need her info for and company name. The rep stated it’s Client Services Mediation, and that they’ve been trying to contact her because she needs to go to court or she will be arrested. I realized it was a scam and told the rep she passed away. The rep on the phone said “well you should’ve stated that at the beginning of the call instead of being nosey”, then she hung up on me. I’ve received calls from the company multiple times and they’ve attempted to gather personal info including SSN, address and a fake fine of $1800.00.
