I ordered from them. They sent me a tracking number, but look up the tracking number it says the “label created, not yet in system.” However when I check with their site it says “delivered”. BEWARE! You’re simply donating to thieves!

Ordered an anniversary gift for my husband on 8/14 and was under the impression from the information listed that it should arrive 8/22. Still hadn’t received anything by 8/29, anniversary has passed at this point, so I emailed them. Got a response from ‘Alex’ that they had to check with their shipping department, that’s fine. Heard nothing back for several days so I reached out via Facebook. Got the same generic response, from ‘Alex’ again, we will check with our shipping department. That is the only response I received and that was on 8/31. I’ve been messaging them every couple days, very politely, asking for an update but have gotten no response in over a week now. I can see the company is reading my messages and just not responding. I’ve been so understanding and patient the whole time but after almost a month of waiting with zero customer support or information about my gift I already paid for, I reported it as fraud to my bank. Don’t buy from this company!!!
