Watch out for mail from an entity claiming to be the County of Los Angeles Department of Public Social Serives. They send you ID cards in one letter and a PIN in the other, and are pretending to offer grants/assistance in order to gain your private information. The website they list is the biggest clue – www.ladpss.org – and it doesn’t exist.
