Type of a scam Credit Cards
I received a call from someone stating that they were from Capital One credit card services and they were calling to make sure I was who I said I was and asked me a series of four questions with each question had muliple choice answers. They asked what type of vehicle had I previously owned, my height, previous addresses, and date of birth. The woman told me to send her a copy of my drivers license front and back, but I had to use a mobile device and send it to the link they sent to my email address which she said I had to confirm to her again. I called the actual credit card company and was told from a representative that they didn’t do things like this and to contact the ScamPulse.com about this situation.
