I just wanted my items for my new born niece and nephew..who as you will know are now no longer new borns and will be the correct age to enjoy the peek-a-boo toys but unfortunately all I’ve been able to determine is that it is a scam…it should be shut down immediately they should not be allowed to continue to scam people

On April 20,2018 I placed an order with classyella.com their website said 15-20 business days to deliver, they provided a tracking # so I thought it was safe to order, after 1 month I contacted them about where my order was because I had still no received it and the tracking information was only for China post, they responded informing me that they could not provide a tracking number for the United States because I had ordered a promo and that if I still had not received my order in 15 days they would send out a new order. I waited 15 days and still nothing on June 27th,2018 I emailed asking for a refund because it’s now been 2 months since placing my order, no response. July 3,2018 I attempted to email them again about a refund and the postmaster rejected my email because no account with that name exists, even though I was replying on the same email that a couple of weeks ago they responded to! This company is a complete scam. they scammed my parents multiple times. they drag you in by offering free stuff that you only have to pay shipping for. however with this purchase, they did send 1 item a small stuffed elephant key chain and then insisted that the other orders were being shipped from china and cannot be tracked once they hit the united states. I believe they are trying to elaborate their scam by sending 1 item to make people think they are believable. BUT THEY ARE NOT. do not fall for this.

I placed an order through classyella.com on December 13, 2017. It is now April 3, 2018 and I have never received anything or a refund. When I placed my order I was informed it could take 15-25 business days to receive my order but here is a tracking number (tracking number never tracked anything). The first of February I contacted there "business" by email (only option for assistance) and I received an email stating it could be due to weather/holidays and to contact them again in 15-25 business days if I still have not received anything. I have gone round and round with this company through email stating to just refund me my money back. I finally received a tracking number that worked….Last update on tracking was from February 10, 2018 and nothing else since. I contacted them again and they said the whole weather/holiday delay could be the reason contact us in 15-25 business days if you still have not received your items. I then asked for a refund again, here I sit typing this message with NO refund and NO items. I sent the "business" an email today informing them I knew they were a scam and that they could go screw themselves. Here’s the catch, they have zero way of tracking the product and since you only paid for shipping, it’s a leeway for them to tell you the item must have shipped somewhere else so it isn’t their problem or place to refund you the money. Many people have filed reports and complaints and they don’t have much customer service at all. I placed an order, read reviews and then emailed them not even 30 minutes later about wanting to cancel before it "shipped". Have not heard a single thing and probably won’t. With that said, when is the ScamPulse.com going to shut them down? Complaint after complaint and they’re still up and running, taking people’s money.

After not receiving my items i contacted the company (which you can only do by email) and they told me to wait an additional 15 days and if i did not receive the items then to contact them again. I did just that and they told me that they would resubmit the order to be shipped again but i would have to wait an additional 15-25 days. I did just that and still did not receive my items. They in return sent me a link for tracking which did not show any tracking information after leaving China. ( i dont understand this part because the company is based out of new york) When i told them there was no tracking after it leaves china i figured what was the point of the tracking if you could not track the package. I requested a refund. After my third request for my refund and a threat to contact an attorney they sent me a email stating that they cancelled my order (which was supposed to have been on its way over 60 days ago) and stated they gave me a refund. There was no refund issued and they stop responding to my emails. I have not been able to get in contact with them since they claimed they issued a refund. Thank goodness i didn’t purchase a lot of items like i initially planned on doing.
