Type of a scam Debt Collections
I was told I am being sued by Mack Development Group. CRS-Core Recovery Systems contacted me today stating I will be served a subpoena if I dispute the debt from Mack Dev Group. They were able to verify my ssn, place of employment, and home address. I have reported them to the Attorney Generals office, the Secretary of State, the local Police Dept. and my lawyer.
