I have been receiving calls and emails regarding a debt that I never incurred. The emails say I am being taken to court and the phone calls have started. It is for a company that is called CashNet but as far as I can tell it is not real. Person don’t get sued throught the internet. When they called they wanted the name of my attorney. I told him to stop calling because I knew they were a fraud and a scam. They were very rude and tried to tell me it wasn’t a scam. Then they said they would take me off the list. Now if I was really being sued, do you think they would take me off the list.
