The person on the phone advises that there’s carbon monoxide (gas poison)in my chimney and it needs to be cleaned at least once a year.
I told him natural gas burns clean and my chimney is fine. He kept trying to convince me and then hung up on me. Natural gas chimneys don’t need cleaning unless you have just converted from oil to gas.
