This company said that I pay $39/month for 10 years and my student loan would be paid off. They automatically took the money out of my bank for over a year when Fed loan was who I should have been dealing with in the first place. For 12 months I would not have had any payment through Fed loan. I tried to call the number that I had been contacting them with and nobody answered after receiving a bill from Fed loan. They took almost $500 from me.
