Giveaway promotion over IM (Discord). Signup to receive. Signed up. Claimed due to BOT accounts needed to perform .01 of incoming bitcoin (BTC). Promo made no such claim. Deposited, and required a suspicious looking extension to withdraw (copy and paste access). I contacted support who then tried to get me to deposit an additional .015 (BTC) due to "security" again. I would not deposit additional funds, support would not do anything unless I paid more. Then my account was removed, my .01 in funds was kept. All I requested was the .01 of my funds to be allowed to be withdrawn and walk away.
