Someone created a fake account using my friend’s profile on Instagram. I was told “she” qualified for a Community Block Development Grant for 350k. “She” then told me to contact Agent Clark Anderson immediately and “she” would help me walk through the process. “She” was persistent that I contact him ASAP and sent follow up messages to see if I had. I blocked the individual and unfriended.
