Type of a scam Employment
Individuals using the name Mach Chong or Peter Xiong are speaking with job applicants for a Columbia, SC position of office manager for the company Baysource Global. I am the President of Baysource Global and no such position is being created.
They are claiming Baysource is a plastics manufacturer with factories in the US and China.
A couple of applicants have contacted us directly and shared their experiences where the fraudulent caller was asking them to purchase thousands of dollars of office supplies. They are also being told that the company head’s will be flying in from China in August to review and approve the Columbia, SC office.
