My son who is 10 bought a sweatshirt and T-shirt from Big Ballers, when he received it the size was not correct so we returned it for a refund. There is no phone number to contact customer service and I have sent several emails which they never respond back. My son was so excited to order from this website. I thought it would be reputable, my mistake, I should have looked at the reviews but I thought with a big name behind it, they would honor their customers and be an exam to the younger kids that are ordering from this website. All we want is our money back, we sent back the items. Thank you!
