This was an ad posted on instagram for a name ring. They were very cute rings with a name and heart at the end. They claimed to be sterling silver for a price of about 30$. I ordered on May 30th. On the original website there was a place to check the status on your order and when I went back to the address the website was gone saying they went "out of business". Then there was a new website mentioned. I have emailed several times with a promise to ship out a week after June 25. with a promise of a confirmation of shipment. nothing. have emailed since several times. and still nothing. I am highly upset since they took 31$ from me the same week I ordered it and this was suppose to be a gift. AWFUL at getting back to their customers. I want my money back or the item. Don’t know what to do.
