Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
Body-Kun dolls were advertised on Facebook as artist figurines. I ordered them and received an e-mail that they were on their way to DHL in Canada to be shipped. They never came and I searched their website and ran into 2 conflicting items: 1. A full refund will be given if figurines are not received in 30 days, and 2. No refunds will be given after 30 days. Then I realized something was up.
I sent in a request to their e-mail to no avail. I tracked down the supposed shipper in Ontario and called them. The gentleman asked me what was going on because he had received many calls from people looking for products, but his business only filled containers being sent to the Carribean. He said he would have to report this in Canada and I said I would try in America.
There is no contact information on the Body-Kun website, or physical address.
